Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the website and our communications. They process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above:

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where your data is transferred internationally, it is protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
Data retention
We retain contact data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and no longer than 3 years unless you have an ongoing relationship with us. Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw any consent you have given. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We ask for your consent before setting any cookie that isn't essential, and nothing beyond essential cookies is set until you choose.
- Necessary (always on): keep the site secure and working, and remember your cookie choice. Your choice is stored in the
ec_consentcookie for six months, after which we ask again. - Analytics (optional): Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity, to show us how visitors find and use the site.
- Marketing (optional): Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, to measure how our advertising performs and show relevant ads elsewhere.
Analytics and marketing cookies are set by those providers, and their own privacy policies explain how long each cookie lasts.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent removes the analytics and marketing cookies we set.
